Innovation Enlightens the Future--Hicorp Group Held the Excellent Projects Review Meeting
of Innovation Achievements in the Fourth Quarter of 2020 and All Staff Innovation in Five Aspects
To respect technology and advocate innovation, Qingdao Hicorp Group held the excellent projects review meeting of innovation achievements in the fourth quarter of 2020 and all staff innovation in five aspects at multi-functional hall on the afternoon of January, 14.
The projects selected and recommended by each branch company participated the competition. The projects involved in the evaluation included three categories: product technology research and development innovation, process equipment innovation, and all staff innovation in five aspects, with a total of 24 items.
Sun Xu, General Manger of Qingdao Hicorp Group, combined with the two-year plan for digital transformation , put forward new requirements for Hicorp innovation, requested all staff to consider how to use digital and information tools to improve innovation efficiency, deepen innovation , improve quality, increase efficiency and reduce cost .
In the course of discussion, 20 innovators from different posts explained the their projects combined with innovative ideas, while the judges asked questions and commented on the projects, which jointly brought us an audio-visual feast about innovation. From new product development to process lean transformation, from innovative thinking to working method innovation, it is also a kind of innovative training and inspiration for attended personnel.
At the end of the meeting, through online scoring, we got the scores of the players, and publicized at the meeting. The first prize of product technology research and development was won by the "intelligent storage system" project with the participation of Li He of Hicorp Textile Machinery Company; the first prize of process equipment innovation was won by the "intelligent transformation project of floor car" project with the participation of Ding Bo of Hicorp Heavy Industry Company; the innovation project in five aspects was won by the "annealing furnace and distribution transformer transformation" project with the participation of Fan Jiance of Hicorp Management Center.
